  This place is slow as hell.  There are some positives at this location but speed is not one of them.  
     The place is nice inside.  It's clean.  The men's room needed attention.  The eating area was tidy.
     Our orders came out correctly.  Our food was warm.  It was average Wendy's food.  Our cashier was nice enough.  Everyone seemed unmotivated.
     I like Wendy's.  I am so glad that this isn't my usual location.

  can't give zero. We were the only people in restaurant at 9:30 pm. We waited 12 minutes for our order. We got cold (icy) fries, chicken nuggets with a slimey wet blob on them, looking like bubbly saliva, wet buns and cold burgers with hot lettuce. Manager was stoned out of her mind. Employees laughed when we asked for a refund. We told them no joke, refund and dump this crap in the trash . It took the stoned manager another 5 minutes to remember how to do a refund. This place is a constant disappointment. Should have been demolished 15 years ago. Never going back. Warn the others.

  I know it's supposed to be fast food, but this place is always chaos.
  It takes forever to get your order and good luck if it's correct. I was
  there today and the place was a mess, sticky drinks spilled all over
  the counter, the ketchup station, and of course the drink station.
  While I was waiting on my food, a young man came up with a broom
  and started sweeping right where the food was being made for orders.
  He could have made better use of his time by wiping down the counter
  tops and getting the sticky goo off the floor.  Sadly, this location was
  just remodeled within the past year.
  I won't even go into the staff.  They seem to be in a permanent state
  of confusion.

  Visited this evening to get my husband and I a frosty. I simply asked the girl working the drive thru a question. She responded so rude and hatefully! She was a very young girl and her lack of experience in customer service was very apparent. I lost it! There is no way a little girl will ever speak to me the way she did. I just couldn't believe it! If and when I do return to this location and I see her there, I will cancel my order every single time!

  They have recently renovated and it is nice inside for a fast food restaurant. Service was pretty quick and food was hot.
